With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Medlock of Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Medlock and Luada Carpenter Medlock; his wife Donna Smith Medlock; his brother Leonard "Buddy" Medlock; and his brother-in-law James Spence.
He is survived by: his son Philip Ray Medlock of Richmond; his siblings, Jack Medlock (Jean), Joe Medlock (Joan), Danny Medlock (Pat) and Marty Spence; his grandson Ethan Medlock; his close friend Sandy Henderson; and his pet Charlie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
