She was predeceased by: her parents, Alean Daisy Kelley Foster and Harold Hunt Gullett; her husband Gary Wayne Matthews; her grandsons, Carlos Wayne Matthews and Christopher Ryan Matthews; and her siblings, Bill Kelley, Tony Kelley, Keith Kelley, Darren Kelley Connie Brown, Debra Gullett and Delores Gullett.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Cameron Hager, Gary Wayne Matthews Jr. (Misty), Crystal Lynn Matthews and Charles Jeffery Matthews; her siblings, Ted Kelley, Susie Kelley, Kenneth Kelley, Dale Foster, Sherry Matthews, Chris Foster, Randy Foster, Kathy Perry, Sheila Proffitt, Vanessa Rader, Gail Ellison, Susan Baynham and Teresa Garrett; her grandchildren, Austin Webb, Melissa Hager, Gabriella Parker (Keegan), Blake Granillo, Jacob Greer, Cierria Hager, Adam Matthews, Robert Hager Jr., James Kelley, Adrieona Matthews, Michelle Matthews and Alexis Key; and her great grandchildren, Ava Webb, Kensley Biggs, Kambire Biggs, Camden Biggs, Grayson Parker, Wyatt Parker, Bella Granillo and Nova Lynn Matthews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
