He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Lowe and Lilia Maude Lowe. He is survived by: his spouse Jewell Alberta Lowe; his daughters, Tammy Lynette Altschul (Reno) of Nicholasville and Shari Massie (Rob) of Paris; his stepdaughters, Tana Roberts (Bruce) of Richmond and Tesa Oechsle (Jon) of Utah; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Melissa, Elizabeth, Kelsey, Evan, Tyler, Valerie, Mackenzie, Jackson and Celia. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
