He was predeceased by: his father James Martin; his daughter Riana Lurie Martin; and his siblings, Bobby McGuire, Tommy McGuire, Sammy McGuire, Steve McGuire and Nancy McGuire.

He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Martin; and his siblings, Gary Martin (Jennifer), Teddy McGuire, James McGuire, Travis McGuire and Connie MartinDale.
