He is survived by: his mother Melonie Cole of Irvine, KY; his children, Logan Green of Booneville, KY. and Jayda Long of Campton, KY; and his siblings, Nick Green of Beattyville, KY., Candice Clark, Lucy Smith and Lena Smith of Richmond, KY..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home (3450 KY-11, Booneville, KY 41314). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
