He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey C. Tipton and Gladys K. Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Tipton of Richmond; his children, Tasha Roseberry (Brandon) and Robert Tyler Tipton (Lauren) of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Kaden, Kaleb, Lindsay, Logan, Khloe and Luke.
