She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Canter and Cleo Frazier Canter; her former husband William Earl Plowman; her husband Lloyd Rhodus, Sr.; and her sisters, Katie Underwood and Mollie Croucher.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Sueann Rhodus of Richmond, Cindy Michelle Turpin (Chris) of Richmond, Brian Edward Rhodus of Richmond, Timothy Lee Plowman (Andrea) of Richmond, Jeffrey Todd Plowman of Richmond and Randel Plowman of Northern Kentucky; and her siblings, Bobby Canter of Indiana and Lena Shelton of Indiana.
