She was predeceased by: her parents, Wanda Head Cubbage Kinser and Thomas Hunter Cubbage. She is survived by: her sisters, Susan Byers (Mike) and Anne Raymer (David); her husband Marvin Kiper Jr.; and her children, Jeremy Kiper, Ellen Kiper Keeton and Kayden Elizabeth. She is also survived by husband, children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers-in-law, her many nieces and nephews, as well as many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (425 Eastern Bypass, Richmond, KY 40475). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
