Steven Scott Roden Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2025, at the age of 53, Steven Scott Roden of Richmond, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Steven Scott may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steven Scott touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Steve Henry Roden; and his grandmother Marie Carpenter. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Carol Carpenter Roden; his children, Sheene Rawlins (Teddy "TJ") and Paul Wayne Roden (Katelyn); and his grandchildren, Jaylinn Howard-Rawlins, Payton Howard-Rawlins, Harley Rawlins, Alexis Barrett-Roden and Adlynn Barrett-Roden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
