He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Fitzpatrick and Ruby Stidham Fitzpatrick; his brother John D. Fitzpatrick; and his former wife Jacquelyn Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his brother James R. Fitzpatrick (Jane); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Hall (John Combs), Paulina Jones (Joey), Eunice Holland (Brad), Katherine Fitzpatrick, Allen Fitzpatrick and Jonathan Fitzpatrick; and his stepsons, Scott Spalding, Fran Spalding and Alan Spalding.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
