He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Thomas Harper. He is survived by: his father Ernest C. Harper; his children, Kimra Cole (Bob), Kandi Harper, Thomas Morgan Harper, Darby Harper and Danielle Ellis (Ryan); his grandchildren, Alec Cole and Ashton Cole; and his sisters, Dora Largent (John) and Sherry Oliver of Lexington, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
