We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 80, Vincent Lubbers of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George James Lubbers, Jr. and Agnes Theresa Lubbers (Venhoff). He is survived by : his wife Bea; his sisters, Lucy Clare of Midway, Kentucky, Mary Long (Tom) of Hockessin, Delaware and Regina Lehr (David) of Louisville, Kentucky; his stepsons, Douglas Stroetzel of Perry Point, Maryland, Stephen Stroetzel (Judy) of Annapolis and Brian Davies (Michelle) of Winchester, Virginia; and his nephew Brian Lush (Johnna) of Minneapolis. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren.

The family is grateful for condolences but declines flowers and donations.
