She was predeceased by: her mother Hester Perry Rison; and her siblings, Donnie Rison and Hallie McIntosh. She is survived by: her former husband Michael Garrett; her children, Antonie "Twan" Garrett (Sonia) and Sandra Michelle Nicholas; her grandchildren, Treshon Garrett, Demar Garrett, Zaylee Garrett, Jennifer Reed, Mykee Mitchell and Shovae Mitchell; and her siblings, Larry Rison, Sue Conner, Mary Hall and Ruth McIntosh. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
