He is survived by: his children, Bryan Scott Abney (Shannon) of Cape Coral, Florida, Stephen Mitchell Abney (Jennifer) of Georgetown and Gina Louise Neeley (Dwain) of Knoxville, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Candice Nicole Redmond, Christian Taylar Roberts, Cameryn Alexandra Roberts, Brandon Carter Abney, Justin Michael Abney, Katelyn Erin Abney, William Parker Abney and David James Abney; his great grandchild Alexander Brayden Redmond; and his sisters, Lottie Bell Stocker (Carlton), Wanda Allene Keesling, Jewel Dean McHone and Elizabeth Logan Adams. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
