She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Paul Mattingly and Doris Mattingly of Fisherville, KY.; her brother Paul Douglas Mattingly; and her stepdaughter Tiffany Bell. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Bell; her children, Jessie Sipes, Kenny Brown (Deonna), Paul Brown (Tory) and Joey Brown (Destiney); and her sister Sylvia Mattingly. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at the Highview Cemetery (4880 Lawrenceburg Rd, Bloomfield, KY 40012).
