Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
