He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Johnson; and his brother Larry Johnson. He is survived by: his father James Johnson (Anna) of Leitchfield; and his sisters, Linda Paul (Ricky) of Leitchfield, Susan Bizzell (Jeff) of Brandenburg, Kim McNevin (Jim) of Madisonville, Annie Haynes of Vine Grove and Jessica Johnson of Georgetown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
