He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Glass and Bruce Kainrath Sr.; his brother Waylon Logsdon of Union City, TN; his aunts, Kim Graves of LaCenter, KY and Linda Summers of Kevil, KY; and his uncle Mike Kelley. He is also survived by three cousins.
