She was predeceased by: her father Morris A. Rice; and her husband Greg Conley. She is survived by: her mother Mary Louise VanHoose Rice; her children, Brandon Blair of Van Lear, Kentucky and Courtney Smith Conley of Johnson County, Kentucky; and her siblings, Buddy Rice (Pauline) of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Betty Shelby of Kansas. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240).
