He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dutton Jr. and Rachel Booth Dutton. He is survived by: his wife Anna Ward Dutton; his sons, Cody Evan Dutton of Hodgenville, KY, Jacob Allen Dutton of Elizabethtown, KY and Billy Atwell of Winston-Salem, NC; his siblings, Mark Dutton (Tressia) of Lexington, KY, John Dutton III (Teresa) of Tomahawk, KY, Tammy Cordle (Reid) of Oil Springs, KY and Charlotte Butcher (Virgil) of Wittensville, KY; and his grandson Conner Blake Atwell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
