He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Roark and Lucy Smith Roark; his former wife Mallie Hoskins Roark; his wife Vina Osborne Collett Roark; and his children, Rick and Carol.
He is survived by: his son Tim Roark of Eaton, Ohio; his sister Sophia Reed of Lebanon, Ohio; and his caregivers, Ben and Brittany Mosley of Roark, Kentucky.. He is also survived by grandchildren, other family members, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Asher Cemetery.
