He is survived by: his wife Helen Fee Collett of Roark, KY; his children, Scottie Collett (Amy) of Warbranch, KY and Stephanie Collett; his siblings, Gary, Carlos, Lynn Collett and Chelsea Shepherd; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Kyrie Collett, Taylor Roark, Isaiah Roark, Kynlee Collett, Paxton Whitaker, Emogene Whitaker and John Asher; and his great grandchildren, Arabella and Bristol Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
