He was predeceased by : his parents, James Carnine and Betty Carnine; his daughter Katrina Majors; his grandson Justin Majors; and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Ellianna Majors.
He is survived by : his wife Nina Carnine of Robards, KY; his children, Crissy Brister of Madisonville, KY and Bobby Shields of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Brandon Majors and Maddie Brister; and his great grandchild Mabrey Pugh. He is also survived by 2 sisters; 1 brother.
