Kevin James Brooks Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kevin James Brooks of Robards, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Kevin farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Kevin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel and Anna; his son Chad Ashley Brooks of Durham; his siblings, Bonnie Jane Brooks of Melbourne, W. Bryan Brooks (Teresa) of Brentwood, Jennifer Mayo (Michael) of Jacksonville and Thad Andrew Brooks of Evansville; and his nieces, Lauren Brooks and Anna Mayo.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brooks Family Cemetery.
