He is survived by: his wife Teresa Underwood Cassady; his sons, Kelly Cassady (late Shirley), Kevin Cassady (Stacey) and Monte Cassady (Ceann); his grandchildren, Austin, Kacey, Cameron, Abby, Parker, Spencer, Aaron, Erica, Colt, Tenley and Teagan; and his great grandchild Clark. He is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
