He is survived by: his wife Denise Napier; his children, April Kemp (Otis Clay), Clark Napier (Heather) and Peggy Sizemore (Charles); and his sisters, Glenda Young (Robert), Dorothy Trosper (James), Vickie Hacker (Jeff) and Carol Collett (Dean). He is also survived by nieces and nephews he loved.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parkway Ministries (510 Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Napier Family Cemetery.
