He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jaynes Partin; his sons, William Asher (Dianne Philpot Asher) of Rockholds and Scott Allen Asher (Melissa Beckner Asher) of Front Royal, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Hunter, Colt Asher of Rockholds, Kentucky, Ariel Asher Mathis (Aaron), Zac, Ethan Asher and Trey Yother of Barbourville; his siblings, Vickie Lynn Partin of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Mark Partin (Debbie) of Oneida, Tennessee and Donnie Partin (Eva) of Oneida, Tennessee; his cousin Bruce Partin; and his nephews, Dalton Jaynes, Tyler Robinson, Cory Sims, Travis Rindler, Chris Partin, David Reeder, Bobby Reeder, Tim Reeder, Cody Partin and Eric Partin. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
