She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Grubb; her husband Roy Woodrow Junior Swafford; and her siblings, Danny "Hank" Grubb and Kathy J. Faulkner. She is survived by: her mother Irene Campbell; her children, David Barnett (Tedessa Ball) and Sharon Barnett; her stepsons, Jack Swafford (Kim) and Richard Swafford (Ashley); her grandchildren, Ashley Davis, Irena Wolfrom, Alex West, Trinite Barnett, Mary Beth Wells, Rebecca Kuhl (Marcus), Haley Brooke Montgomery (Trevor), Dallas Brown, Isabella Swafford and Isaiah Swafford; her great grandchildren, Sky Wells, Ryley Johnson, Hayden Montgomery, Roman Wells, Maverick Brown, Owen Kuhl, Georgia Mae Montgomery and Lily Brown; and her siblings, Donnie Grubb, Minnie Taylor, Bobby Grubb (Elizabeth), Rebecca Cole (Larry) and Phillip Grubb (Tina). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
