She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cantrell and Fairy Davis Schliep; her husband Ell Lester Bentley; her children, Johnnie Wayne Bentley, Thomas Lester Bentley, Ella Mae Verchoski, Nelia Faye Bentley and Burma Jean Profit; and her brother John James Cantrell.
She is survived by: her children, Kerby Dale Bentley of Dandridge, TN, Jerry Edward Bentley of Rockhouse, KY and Lorena Carol Jones of Rockhouse, KY; her grandchildren, Brian Keith Jones, Kevin Robert Jones, Ruey Thomas Bentley, Chadwick Keene, Christie Renea Frazier, Eric Wayne Bentley, Timothy Dale Bentley, Regina Keene, Kelly Foster, Mark Wayne Bentley and Stephanie Morton; her great grandchildren, Alexander Dalton Jones, Christian Foster, Dustin Paul Morton, Madison Frazier and Jesse Lee Frazier; and her sister Hannah Kuzawa of Brockway, MI..
