He is survived by: his parents, George Hayes and Freddie Bryant Hayes of Rogers, Kentucky; his wife Danita Grace Burnett Hayes of Rogers, Kentucky; his son Stevie John Hayes (Constance Swinehart) of Jackson, Kentucky; his grandson Maddix Lee Hayes; and his brothers, James Hayes (Beverly) of Campton and Kelly Hayes (Teresa) of Rogers, Kentucky..
