He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha E. McCord Campbell and William Wayne Campbell; and his brother Michael Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Elaina Campbell of Roundhill, KY, Jacob Campbell (Mystic) of Madisonville and Nick Campbell of Henderson, KY; his sisters, Vickie Dickerson (Steve) of Madisonville, Anna Campbell (Leegayle Denton) of Evansville, IN, Angel Wilkerson (Noel) of Madisonville and Kristi Rudd (John) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Lex Campbell, Viktor Campbell and Hayden Davis; and his girlfriend Sarah Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
