She is survived by: her husband Rodney Smith of Roundhill, KY; her children, Juanita Lawrence of Caneyville, KY, Jeffrey Lawrence (Sammantha) of Morgantown, KY, Joanne Sublett (Jason) of Smith's Grove, KY, Regina Cowles (Joseph) of Roundhill, KY, Russell Smith (Delisha) of Glasgow, KY, Terri Harrison (James) of Bowling Green, KY and Jane Simmons (Scotty) of Morgantown, KY; her siblings, Royce Woosley, Betty Meredith, Carol Vincent (Wendell) and Bobby Woosley; and her pet Mia. She is also survived by 13 grandkids and 14 great grandkids.
