He is survived by: his parent Jerry; his daughter Kaylan Jones of Hazard, KY; his sisters, Ruthie Watson (Billy) of Stanton, KY, Beth Bryant of Lost Creek, KY and Sherry Jones (John) of Lost Creek, KY; his nephew Mel Fugate; and his grandsons, Max and Dante.
