Though Frankie Harvey may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Harvey and Eva Napier Harvey; and her sons, Earl Combs and Kearns Combs. She is survived by: her sons, Glennis Combs and Kenneth Combs (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, Glen Combs (Teresa), Irvin Combs (Melanie) and Kimberly Combs Asbury (Jeff Asbury). She is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren, and Two Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home Chapel (650 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
