He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Mize of Rumsey and Alice Coakley (Gerald) of Rumsey; his nephew Marty Mize (Kecia) of Owensboro; his nieces, Beth Atherton of Calhoun and Dr. Virginia Burruss (Ron) of Taylorsville, Kentucky; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh Atherton, Jeremy Mize, Will Atherton, Maci Mize, Marli Mize and Lydia Burruss.
