He is survived by : his wife Beverly Berry Stephens; his children, Charlotte Stephens of Greenup, Lisa Pennington (Jerry) of Ashland and Brandon Berry (Kaitlyn) of Rush; his sister Liddie Lewis of Sandy Hook, KY; his grandchildren, Kenzie Pennington, Reece Pennington, Kyra Knight, Kelton Maddix, Hannah Berry and Isaiah Berry; and his great grandchildren, Maura Knight, Laurie Knight, Jonah Knight and Dean Adkins.
