He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lucas and Mary Burton Lucas; his son Jeffery Allen Lucas; and his siblings, William "Obe" Robert, Clarence "Bug" Eugene, Clay, Jack Lee (Johnny Ray Lucas), Deloris "Puger" Fryer, Lois Ann Davis, Janie Louise "Dolly" Campbell, Ona Mae Bailey, Rosemary Lucas Thornberry and Brenda Kay Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Boggs Lucas; his children, Sherry Lucas Hill, Joseph Brandon Lucas and James Dickens; his grandchildren, Kendall Dearfield (Gabe), Daulton Lucas, Jacob Lucas, Damian Lucas, Noah Lucas, Stefani Seagraves and Ashton Lucas; his great grandchildren, Persephone, Penelope and Eddie; and his brother Tommy Joe Lucas.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Clellon Burton Lucas will be remembered not only for his many contributions to his community and faith but also for the love and laughter he brought into the lives of those who knew him.
