He is survived by: his wife Dixie Trevathan Johnson; his children, Tom Johnson (Mary) of Proctorville, OH and Mariann Mota (Amaury) of Rush; his grandson Keenan Mullins of Louisville; his children, Ryan Carroll and Elizabeth Adkins (Zack); his grandson Noah; his great grandchild Lord Johnson; his sister Lana Bell; and his sister-in-law Pam Johnson.
