David Lykins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lykins of Rush, Kentucky, born in Blairs Mill, Kentucky, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Tom Lykins and Parthena Weddington Lykins; and his siblings, Billy Lykins, Douglas Lykins, Claude Lykins, Etta Mae Easterling, Maggie Collins and Betty Sue Goodan.
He is survived by: his wife Reva Lorene Caudill Lykins; his sons, Denver Lykins (Peggy) of Olive Hill and Darrell Lykins (Angelia) of Rush; his grandsons, Brent Lykins (Katie) of Simpsonville and Chad Lykins (Tiffany) of Georgetown; and his great grandchild Avery Lykins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and special friends and neighbors.
