He was predeceased by: his mother Shirlene Adkins. He is survived by: his sons, Drayden of Lexington, KY and Dalton Adkins of Lexington, KY; his sister Dawn Silverwood; his girlfriend Connie Goble; the mother of his children Stephanie Staten; and his cousin Doug "Chico" Adkins.
