He is survived by : his significant other Mother Jamie Parsons Stroud (Kenny) of Rush, KY; his father Jerry Edward Fowler (Emma) of Rush, KY; his siblings, Dalton Fowler (Abby) of Grayson, KY, Brandon Littleton of Rush, KY, Austin Fowler of Rush, KY, Trevor Stroud (Brianna) of Rush, KY, Corey Stroud (Courtney) of Rush, KY and Tiesha Foran (Cody) of Rush, KY; his niece Mya Foran; his nephews, Rylee Fowler, Karsen Slone, Jonah Slone, Eli Foran, Cooper, Creed Stroud, Colton and Briggs Stroud; his grandparents, Ella Fowler of Rush, KY and Jerry Fowler of Greenup, KY; his close friend Pitbull Max; and also, Eddie, Sharon Parsons of Grayson, KY, Brenda, Bill Hughes of Franklin Furnace, OH, Mabel and Roger Stroud of Flatwoods, KY.
