It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Eleanor Davis of Rush, Kentucky, born in Soldier, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Baer and Anna Hall Baer; her husband Freddie Davis; her grandsons, Wesley Nelson and Joshua Shafer; and her siblings, James Baer and Violet Davidson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sherry Sias (John) of South Point, OH and Angela Ellison (Terry) of Rush; her sisters, Barbara Baer of Ashland, Gloria Howard of Berry, KY and Judy Stidham of Nova, OH; her granddaughters, Jessica Shafer, Emily Shoemaker (Drew) and Valerie Biggs (Austin); and her great grandchild Bennette Biggs.
