He is survived by: his wife Desiree Bostick Blevins; his sister Colleen Jenkins (Shannon) of Grayson; his mother-in-law Shirley Bostick of Rush; and his sisters-in-law, Minnie Heaberlin (Chris) of Grayson and Dianna Bostick of Rush.
