He is survived by: his father Michael Wolfe; his fiancé Ally Bundy Wolfe of Rush, KY; his children, Ava Dawn White, Myla Rose Bundy Wolfe, Ezmerae Malone, John Michael Wolfe and Braylon Cole Wolfe; his mother Angela Renee Wolfe of Rush, KY; his grandmother Reba Faye Chapman; his siblings, Michael Wayne Wolfe II, Robert Eugen Wolfe (Karrie Hicks) and Montana Renee Wolfe (Timothy Wayde); his aunts, Melissa Anette Harper, Sandy Montgomery, Michelle McCoy and Tabitha Toath (Sussie Hall); his uncle Kevin Hall; and his cousins, Dennis (Shaydin), Jaxston, Elijah, Micah Chapman, Micheala Willard, Cody Keefe and Kasey Toath. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.
