She was predeceased by : her father Hubert Hayes. She is survived by : her mother Bonnie Borders Hayes of Russell, KY; her husband Ricky Ison of Rush; her children, Michael Ison (Amanda) of Rush and Christy Ison Proctor (Aaron) of Savannah, GA; her grandchildren, Dylan Ison, Spencer Ison and Kayla Goldsworthy; her siblings, Cathy Horn (late E. B. Horn) of Catlettsburg and Rick Hayes of Catlettsburg; and her friends, Larry Slone and Beth Anderson.
