With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara E. Hale of Russell Springs, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifton Hood and Dorothy Houston Hood; her daughter Terri Ann Kidd; and her former husband Terry Kidd. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Earl Hale; her daughters, Dorothy Riggs (Ricky Riggs) and Virginia Jolly; her siblings, James Clifton Hood, Jr. and Gloria Costanzo; and her grandson Ernest Riggs.
