He is survived by: his wife Tonya Greer Maynard of Russell Springs; his children, Cody Maynard (Zoie) of Lawrenceburg and Addie Maynard of Russell Springs; his father Earl Maynard of Nancy; his friend Lois Hardin of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Emma Shewmaker, John Maynard, Elizabeth Maynard and Kaiden Maynard.
