He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Morgan (Teresa) of Russell Springs and Shirley Grider (Orvis) of Columbia; his brother-in-law Leon Wooldridge (Mary) of Columbia; his godchildren, Morgan Shackelford and Makaylah Hadley; and his close friend Rodney Hadley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Gideons International, as David would want to help spread God's word.
