It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Yates of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Gladys Gorsick Yates; his wife Linda Yates of Russell Springs, KY; his children, Angela Huckelby (Kevin) of Russell Springs, KY. and Chris Yates (Leslie) of Russell Springs, KY.; his brothers, Johnny Yates of Sebring, FL, James Yates of Knoxville, TN and Earl Junior Yates; his grandchildren, Jacob Yates, Braxton Browning, Ryan Yates, Hannah Yates, Nathaniel Huckelby, Ethan Birge, Elliott Birge and Autumn Huckelby; his great grandchildren, Damien Browning, Bella Yates and Payeton Bell; his sisters, Rita Ernspiker, Marie Paul and Anita Dobson; and his granddaughter Kinley Browning.
