He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenton Dwaine Klein and Vergie June Klein (Hicks); and his sister Nancy T. Schultz. He is survived by: his former wife Wendy Garner; his children, Kenton David Klein (Jill) and Jacqueline Ann Barr (Casey); his granddaughter Ashley Klein; his sisters, Linda K. Joseph, Susan E. Ford and Katherine Diane Harrah (Tom); his sons, Steven Dean Slusser, Scott Edward McHone and Jonathan Paul Klein (Paula Jane Poulter); his friend Jimmy; and his significant other Australian Shepherd. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family & friends.
